Healthy You Challenge Check In #11

I know, I know. You're thinking:

What the hell happened to weeks 8, 9, and 10?!?

Well to sum it up. Week 8 was good. Weeks 9 and 10 were bad, bad, bad, alcohol drenched guacamole filled poor decisions. Oh, and I went on vacation with my old college buddies:

And my vacation diet was beer and avocado salad.

But I'm back. I'm on plan. I feel awesome. And I finally have a real, live weigh in to report. Drumroll, please:

Starting Weight (May 13, 2009): 320
Current Weight: 307.5

Total Weight Lost: 12.5 lbs.

Losing twelve pounds in eleven weeks is totally weak sauce, but I don't know if I gained some back during my two week lag or if I just wasn't ever pushing myself as good as I did last year. But I'm not going to dwell on that. I know my exact weight, and I can only chart my progress from here.

And I get my first real HYC badge weight loss badge!

I'll post progress photos at fifteen pounds. So you'll have to wait a little bit longer, but hopefully it won't be too long!

Great to see you back, and doing so well! One pound a week is nothing to sneeze at... and it could have gone in the other direction! Congrats!

I'm glad your back! I'm also losing on average 1lb a week, but hey we are still losing right!? haha

Woohoo! Congrats on the bling and the great loss. When I first started out, I would have killed to be able to lose that quickly. I averaged about one pound a MONTH! So you are doing great and it's always good to enjoy vacation and time with friends.
