Healthy You Challenge Check In #16

Drank too much in New York this weekend (and ate too much pizza), but this week was still an awesome week. I've been cooking a lot of new recipes, and I've got photos to share whenever I get the photos uploaded.

To the numbers:

Starting Weight (5/13/09): 320 lbs.
Last Week's Weight: 301.8 lbs.
Current Weight: 299.8 lbs.

Weight lost this week: 2 lbs.
Total Weight Lost: 20.2 lbs.


How stoked am I? Twenty pounds gone and the first digit on the scale was a 2! This has been my favorite weigh-in day by far.

Congratulations on getting below 300! You must be really excited and proud of yourself! I just started following your blog recently. I love your little weekly chart. It's nice to see how the Calories Burned - Eaten Weekly Total and your weekly pounds lost are really similar. I need to lose weight but just haven't been able to consistently keep a food log. Seeing your chart and how the numbers really do add up inspires me to try harder! Thanks for your blog and keep up the good work!

Thanks Tammie! I use fitday.com for my food log, and I'm super addicted to it. I can't do anything where I have to write it down. Too easy for me to "forget" to update. But I'm online enough where I have no excuses.
