Healthy You Challenge Check In #21

Sorry for the very, very belated post with last week's update. I kept sleeping in too late to weigh-in (I don't do it with wet hair, period). But I got the numbers on Thursday morning, and then promptly went out of town. Which will make tomorrow's weigh-in spectacular, I'm sure.

Starting Weight (5/13/09): 320 lbs.
Last Week's Weight: 295 lbs.
Current Weight (10/8/09): 294.4 lbs.

Weight lost this week: 0.6 lbs.
Total Weight Lost: 25.6 lbs.
